A miter (episcopal headdress) made in 1713 by the goldsmith Matteo Treglia, in which a total of 3694 precious stones are set (3,328 diamonds representing the hardness of faith, 168 rubies representing the blood of the saint and 198 emeralds representing knowledge) , for a total weight of 18 kg. The miter is completed by two infule decorated with two engravings of the ampoule of San Gennaro.
